BlackBerry Z3 now in Malaysia, price at RM699

Blackberry has launched the Z3 smartphone device in Malaysia, currently the most affordable BlackBerry OS10 device. The BlackBerry Z3 is price at RM699 in Malaysia.

First launched in Indonesia as a special Jakarta Edition in May, the BlackBerry Z3 has a 5″ qHD display, 8 GB of expandable on-board storage, 1.5 GB of RAM and a dual-core 1.2 GHz Snapdragon processor.

BlackBerry Z3 users will also be able to enjoy local content to Malaysia on their device, including a special set of BBM Stickers and BBM Channels featuring local characters, Upin and Ipin. In addition, BlackBerry Z3 users will beable to join local BBM Channels and get more updates from their favorite brands, communities and opinion leaders.

The Blackberry maker is also bringing back the Stop Missing Out campaign in Malaysia. BlackBerry users who upload pictures that shows them holding their BlackBerry device will stand a chance to spend a day with celebrities going on a shopping spree, attending a gig or going on a foodie tour.

The BlackBerry Z3 will be available to customers from July 7, 2014 onwards through BlackBerry’s authorized partners including mobile operators such as Celcom Axiata.
